2) Services Overview

Ankit Digital Media provides music distribution, monetization, YouTube Content ID, and related digital rights services. We do not guarantee placement, earnings, or performance on any platform.

3) Eligibility

You must be the rightful owner of the content or have proper authorization from the copyright holder to use our services.

4) User Responsibilities
  • You confirm that all uploaded content is original or legally licensed.
  • You must not upload fake, copied, or unauthorized content.
  • You must provide accurate metadata and ownership information.
5) Content & Rights

You retain full ownership of your content. By using our services, you grant Ankit Digital Media a limited, non-exclusive right to distribute and monetize your content on supported platforms.

6) YouTube Content ID & Monetization

YouTube Content ID claims are subject to platform approval. False claims, repeated disputes, or misuse of the Content ID system are strictly prohibited.

7) Prohibited Activities (Strict Policy)
  • Fake or artificial streaming / bot activity
  • Misuse of YouTube Content ID or false ownership claims
  • Copyright infringement or repeated violations
  • Uploading copied, stolen, or unauthorized content
If any of the above activities are detected, Ankit Digital Media reserves the right to block or terminate the account immediately and hold or withhold royalties without prior notice.
8) Payments & Royalties

Royalties are subject to reports received from partner platforms. Delays may occur due to third-party processing. Taxes, bank fees, and compliance are the user’s responsibility.

9) Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, platform policies, or applicable laws.

10) Limitation of Liability

Ankit Digital Media shall not be liable for indirect losses, platform decisions, account takedowns, or revenue fluctuations beyond our control.

11) Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services means acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
