1) Refund window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment. Requests received after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund.

2) Eligibility (Approved uploads required)

A refund can be considered only if the user has uploaded songs and the uploads are approved under our internal review process.

Reason: We provide onboarding, review, processing, and platform-side workflow support.
3) Non-refundable cases
  • Unauthorized / copied / stolen content uploads
  • Copyright violation or repeated policy breaches
  • Fake or artificial streaming / bot activity
  • YouTube Content ID misuse or false ownership claims
If we detect unauthorized content or misuse, refund will not be provided, and the account may be suspended/blocked as per our Terms.
4) How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us via the Contact Us page with your payment details and registered email/phone. Our team may ask for additional verification.

5) Refund processing

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time can vary depending on the payment gateway/bank policies.
